Flush-mounted installation box with condensate drain and odor trap (siphon)
Description

The flush-mounted installation box is made of impact-resistant polystyrene. Four different pipe inlets are possible. The front of the installation box features 14 mounting options for mounting the air conditioner. The back of the clamp-on cover has holes for screwing.

The funnel at the bottom of the installation box is rotatable and ensures free condensate drainage. This, in turn, prevents unpleasant odors. To protect the interior from dirt (plaster, paint, etc.) during installation, a simple cardboard protector can be attached to the front (included in delivery).

Note: The air conditioner may only be installed by a company certified under Regulation (EU) No. 517/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16, 2014, on fluorinated greenhouse gases. By purchasing a split air conditioner, you confirm that it has been professionally installed by certified specialists. Refrigerant leaks contribute to climate change. Refrigerants with lower global warming potential (GWP) contribute less to global warming in the event of a leak than those with higher global warming potential (GWP). A leak of 1 kg of this refrigerant would therefore have a greater impact on global warming than 1 kg of CO2 over a 100-year period, proportional to the refrigerant's GWP value. Do not perform any work on the refrigerant circuit or disassemble the unit – always consult qualified personnel.
