High energy efficiency

Thanks to DC inverter technology, the Mars Series achieves EU energy efficiency class A+++ at 35°C/55°C water temperatures. Thanks to the excellent thermodynamic properties of R290 and advanced heat pump technology, the Mars Series delivers high performance even in cold conditions with only a small amount of R290. R290 is a high-purity propane with zero ozone depletion potential (GWP).

System security design

The refrigerant system features a sealed electrical control housing that prevents refrigerant from escaping. The control system is also waterproof and explosion-proof. A special component design prevents ignitions inside the housing.
The water system is equipped with an explosion-proof pump and valves to prevent refrigerant leakage. The separation of the water and refrigerant sides prevents mutual interference during maintenance. Sensors continuously monitor temperature and pressure to ensure safe operation in real time.

Wide range of applications

The Mars series can be used for heating and domestic hot water production at outdoor temperatures from -25 °C to 46 °C, and cooling is possible at outdoor temperatures from -15 °C to 48 °C.
The system demonstrates excellent heating performance at low outdoor temperatures: it reaches 100% heating capacity at -10°C, and 65% of the power is still available at -25°C.

Antifreeze

When the temperature of the water flowing through the system drops to a certain value, the unit heats the water, either using the heat pump, the auxiliary heater, or the additional heating source. The freeze protection function only switches off when the temperature rises to a certain value.

Floor protection

For newly installed underfloor heating systems, the floor drying function helps remove moisture from the floor slab and subfloor, preventing warping or cracking of the floor. The preheat function ensures that the water pipes in the floor are heated slowly during the first use of the heating season, reducing the risk of damage to the floor and the piping system.

Hot water functions

The "Fast DHW" function ensures a direct transition from the current operating mode to hot water mode. This function activates an additional heat source for hot water preparation. The "DHW Pump Function" is used to recirculate the water in the water circuit to the hot water tank according to the set timer. Up to 12 commands can be set for one day.

Quiet operation

Both the heat pump and the water pump have a sleep mode for the quietest possible operation.

Disinfection function

Using 70°C hot water, Legionella bacteria are killed to protect health and ensure safe water quality. This function can be activated via the user interface.

Automatic temperature adjustment with climate curves

This function aims to automatically regulate the water temperature depending on the outside temperature. 32 standard climate curves are preset by an experienced engineer. Additionally, customized curves are available to meet individual temperature requirements.

Vacation modes

During vacation periods, the heat pump continues to run in heating mode with a lower water temperature to protect the water system from frost damage and prevent mold growth. Those who are spending their vacation at home can use the "Holiday Away" function to adjust the schedule for this period without changing the already set weekly and daily schedules.

Energy recording

The energy measurement function is capable of calculating the proportion of energy generated from renewable sources. End users have the option of receiving customized energy analyses via a user interface, an app, and a web portal. The core algorithm: calculating compressor performance.

Easy to use

The permanently installed control unit features an integrated tempered glass panel with a metallic frame and a 3.5-inch color display. It offers an immersive user interface with a standby mode.
The operation of the heat pump can be monitored and controlled anytime and from anywhere using the practical SmartHome app.

By purchasing a split air conditioner, you confirm that it has been professionally installed by certified specialists. Refrigerant leaks contribute to climate change. Refrigerants with lower global warming potential (GWP) contribute less to global warming in the event of a leak than those with higher global warming potential (GWP). A leak of 1 kg of this refrigerant would therefore have a greater impact on global warming than 1 kg of CO2 over a 100-year period, proportional to the refrigerant's GWP value.
